Location

The Annual School's Out Tournament is hosted at UMAC Park at Taylor Fields - 19642 White Ground Rd, Boyds, MD 20841

 

The facility is in close proximity to Clopper Road and Clarksburg Road and minutes from Germantown, Hotels, Dining and Shopping, I-270 and Route 28. Convenient to Carroll, Frederick, Howard and Montgomery counties in Maryland and Fairfax, Fauquier and Loudon counties in Virginia.

8U Machine Pitch Division

Dates: 6/11/2021 - 6/13/2021

Cost: $525

Rules:

  • Cal Ripken Baseball League Rules Apply

  • 3 game minimum

  • Single Wheel Jugs machine @ 40mph

  • 12 team max

  • Bats - USSSA (BPF 1.15), USA bats. NO BBCOR.

9U & 10U Divisions

Dates: 6/18/2021 - 6/20/2021

Cost: $525

Rules:

  • Cal Ripken Baseball League Rules Apply

  • 3 game minimum

  • Bats - USSSA (BPF 1.15), USA bats. NO BBCOR.

General Information

All teams must have  on hand:

  • Registration Fee 

  • Team Waiver/Roster 

  • Health Attestation Form

  • Certificate of Insured/Insurance with UMAC Baseball as the Certificate Holder

Weather/Refund Policy:

  • 0 Games Started: Registration fee minus $100 administrative fee refunded

  • 1 Game Started: $250 Registration fee refunded

  • 2 Games Started: No refunds 

All teams upon arriving at Taylor Fields please check in at the tournament table directly in front of the Snack Shack. 
All required forms other than the online registration can be sent electronically via email to UMACBoyds@gmail.com.

UMAC Baseball, Inc. (UMAC) reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored by UMAC, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent or legal guardian.

A person attending a UMAC event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer, and/or the event organizers, and/or contact the UMAC Board in writing to umacboyds@gmail.com of his/her intentions and include a photograph. UMAC will use the photo for identification purposes and will hold it in confidence.

By participating in a UMAC event or by failing to notify UMAC, in writing, your desire to not have your or your child's photograph used by UMAC, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify UMAC  from any and all claims involving the use of your or your child's picture or likeness.

Any person or organization not affiliated with UMAC may not use, copy, alter or modify UMAC photographs, graphics, videography or other, similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from UMAC.
